A little history

Since 1960, Aria guitars have been a favorite of many guitar players. Aria and company began marketing Aria brand acoustic guitars in 1960, and their own acoustic guitars in 1964. Aria electric guitars came out in 1966. They used the brand names Aria, Aria Diamond, and Diamond. In late 1976, they changed the Aria brand name to Aria Pro II.

Until 1988, all their guitars were made in Japan. Later they were made in Korea. In the mid-1990s, some production took place in the United States.
