Ibanez S520EX Review

Interested in the Ibanez S520EX? Here's my review. The guitar comes with features such as a fast 3-piece Wizard II neck, mahogany body, BZINF1 neck pickup, IBZINF2 bridge pickup, Jumbo frets, and ZR tremolo bridge. Other features include white neck binding, black finish, and black hardware. It sells for about 600 dollars online.

If you're worried about getting a guitar that goes out of tune easily, worry no more. This is one area where the Ibanez S520EX electric guitar surpasses some of the cheaper Ibanez guitars I have previously reviewed. The Zero Resistance tremolo on this guitar stays in tune unlike electric guitars like the Ibanez AFS75T, Ibanez GSA60, and Ibanez GRG170DX. If you've ever had problems with guitars that go out of tune when tremolo is used very often, you may want to spend a little more money for something better - the Ibanex S520 EX.

For 600 bucks, this guitar is worth it. Are you into metal and rock music? Then you will be absolutely delighted by the awesome sound of this guitar. You get great tone and good sustain, thanks to its solid mahogany body.

You get tones from AC/DC to metallica and much more. I tried the Ibanez S520EX at a music store and was amazed by how beautiful it sounded clean. It sounded like a chorus pedal was hooked up to it when I know there was none. And the neck? It is really comfortable. And for those who desire speed, this guitar is it.

Apart from playing this electric guitar myself, I've read some very positive reviews from owners online. You may want to upgrade it and buy new pickups. I know some owners have done so. But otherwise, a fantastic musical instrument. I recommend it for someone looking for a quality guitar, but who is not ready to dish out several hundreds of dollars.
