Peavey Raptor guitar neck problems

Hi, I have a peavey raptor guitar but when i play on the d g b e strings on the 1,2,3,4 fret it doesn't play could you possibly help me?

Your neck is warped. You can try tightening the neck to straighten it out or I can sell you a used neck for $25.00 that will fix your problem
