Pink Bass Guitar

A pink bass guitar is a little hard to find, but adds a charming look to any girl band. The bass is a popular instrument for girls to learn to play, since they enjoy rocking and swinging as much as any of the boys ever did! One brand of bass guitar that caters to the females is Daisy Rock. This company produces electric guitars and basses that look like flowers, butterflies, and other feminine things.

Daisy Rock makes a cute pink bass guitar on a 30 inch scale that is shaped like a flower. It has 22 frets, a bolt on neck of rock maple, and a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid inlays. It retails for $429, making it a lovely addition to a young girls' music making. A similar Daisy Rock design that has the same features and a similar price is one in the shape of a heart.

For a little more money, girls can get a Daisy Rock on a 34 inch scale that features a sparkly light pink (champagne) finish. This bass guitar, model number DR 14-6770, is made in a classic bass guitar style and retails for $499. Daisy Rock makes a variety of styles of pink guitars for girls, too, as well as the pink basses.

It's possible to get a pink bass guitar imported from China, which will not cost very much, as bass guitars go. It is probable that such a guitar will lack in the sound department, but might be fun for a young girl to play around with while learning. The shipping costs on these basses is about as much as you would pay for a cheap bass guitar in the U.S.

Fender makes a 1951 reissue bass guitar that is printed in a paisley pattern, if you want something really lively to brighten up your girl band look. This bass is made in Japan and can cost $500 or more.
